  • Where can I find the serial number for my NP Innovation product?
    A machine plate with the serial number is mounted on the side of your machine. See the figure below for reference.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We ship worldwide and no project is too big or too small. The only exceptions are countries on the EU sanctions list.
