Fish farms often operate at the physical limits of their facilities, leaving no space for larger or additional filtration systems. Upgrading to higher-capacity solutions typically requires major investment and extensive reconstruction.

BioGuard FLO solves this challenge by increasing hydraulic capacity, enhancing particle-holding ability, improving cleanability and filtration. No major system modifications are required, and there is no need for additional space or substantial capital expenditure.

Built on our proven PL panel platform the BioGuard FLO provides a larger effective filtration area. Thanks to the patented cloth weave design, with extreme high porosity, the filter can operate at maximum capacity during longer periods. Not only does this substantially improve flow rate, but it also optimizes backwash cycles, leading to lower water usage.

Compatible with all 1600–2000 drum filter series on the market, BioGuard FLO enables fish farms to upgrade to FLO-panels and benefit from increased hydraulic capacity within their existing filtration system. This innovation is designed to meet the demands of modern aquaculture systems.
